Together with partners such as Ashridge University, SingularityU Nordic and Korn Ferry, the programmes create the best foundation for career development.

  • Columbus
    Our early career High Potential programme is targeted senior level specialists and project managers who have proven extraordinary performance and hold the aspiration to grow their careers within either our specialist, project management or management career track. The programme accelerates participants’ development.
  • Artemis
    It takes highly skilled specialists to become world leader in a highly technical industry and we therefore proudly invest in developing our High Potential specialists. Through the Artemis programme, they’ll be exposed to cutting-edge technologies and exponential thinking which enables them to accelerate their development as knowledge leaders.
  • Apollo
    Transitioning from leader of others to leading a larger team requires new skills. The Apollo programme develops our High Potential managers and challenge their aspiration and dedication. The participants will learn to create success through collaboration, clear strategy and agility.
  • Galaxy
    This senior leadership programme is targeted our top management talent pipeline. Participants are challenged on their personal leadership styles and values and strengthens their persuasion and influencing skills.
